Why do we use avatars instead of ourselves
We use avatars because sometimes everyone in the world can see your pictures and they can use your pictures as stuff that you don’t want, so avatars give less things away about you. I used this avatar because it looks a lot like me.
What genre of books do you enjoy reading the most and why?
Historical nonfiction because I really like the Australian girl series and also their very interesting and you could face challenges like they did.

Meet Letty is an excellent book with this genre because Meet Letty is a Australian girl who comes from England and accidentally stays on the boat called The Duchess and ends up traveling Australia with her sister Lavinia with nothing to bring except for what she’s wearing.
Why would recommend this book?
I recommend Meet Letty because it is a three genre book the first genre is Historical nonfiction and the second genre is family friendship and the third genre is adventure and it’s very interesting.
Which book chat book are you reading at the moment?it but my book chat is The Fall and was an amazingly awesome it was so interesting what kept me hooked on the book was how the author put what the kid the mum and dad were texting each other.
Give a brief summary of the storyline.
A kid saw a man fall from the balcony above his dad’s floor of the apartment but when he gets down the body is gone and his dad is gone to two hours later his dad returns after that he starts to try to figure out who did it.
What are your thoughts on the story so far?
I don’t have any thoughts because I have already finished The Fall.
Hi my name is Talia and I am in year 5 at Carey. I was extremely excited for the first day. I have made lots of new friends and they are really kind to me. I am learning so many more new things and I’m getting way more homework than I used to.
This year I have learnt about APS sports which is on every Wednesday. So far I have done 2 week’s of Bike Ed, 2 week’s of Swimming and 1 day of the Triathlon. Today and the rest of term one I will be doing Rock Climbing with my class and Misty’s class, it is really fun.
I have a leadership journal that I have decorated to. The leadership journal is for year 5 and 6 so when you’re in high school or older you can look back and remember what happened and thinking about it more
